The Independence community is focused on making homeownership possible for first-time homebuyers. Developed by Las Vegas-based and locally owned Touchstone Living, Independence offers 14 unique floor plans within four townhome collections. All homes include Samsung appliances as well as solar panels to offset a majority of the homeowner’s electricity costs. Touchstone Living also pays all closing costs to help make the transition from renter to owner.
