March 25, 2013 – Las Vegas, Nev. – Under the direction of Executive Chef Rick Giffen, Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower will offer special menu items for Easter Brunch and Easter Dinner on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the award-winning Top of the World Restaurant located 106 floors above the famous Las Vegas Strip and the recently opened McCall’s Heartland Grill.
“We are thrilled to offer delicious and different items at both venues that highlight our commitment to providing guests an exciting culinary experience,” said Giffen.
Top of the World Restaurant
Easter Brunch will feature an East/West Crepe Duo for $32, in addition to the regular Top of the World Sunday Brunch menu. The East/West Crepe Duo includes an Eastern-influenced Chive and Sweet Potato Crepe filled with Hoisin Barbecue Duck. The West Crepe is stuffed with Mixed Seafood including Shrimp, Scallop and Lobster, combined with an Herb White Wine Cream Sauce. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Easter Dinner will offer guests three additional items to the Top of the World Dinner Menu: Colorado Lamb Chop with Rosemary and Pomegranate Balsamic reduction for $75; Center Cut Alaskan King Crab legs with Jalapeño Chili Lime Butter for $75; or Petit Filet with Demi-Glace and Elephant Black Garlic for $75. Dinner is served from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

McCall’s Heartland Grill
Guests can enjoy a specially prepared Lobster Mousse-filled Smoked Pork Rack with Caramelized Pear Chorizo Risotto Cake served with Spring Vegetables for $29. McCall’s Heartland Grill is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. through Easter Sunday. New hours of 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. will take effect on Monday, April 1.
