Special Menus at Vineyard Ristorante, Café Aquarius & Windows on the River Buffet
LAUGHLIN, NV – December 7, 2012 – Enjoy Christmas dinner at Aquarius Casino Resort on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 and dine at Vineyard Ristorante, Café Aquarius or Windows on the River Buffet. Each venue will present a special Christmas menu featuring traditional holiday favorites and treats.
Vineyard Ristorante – Dine on a gourmet four-course Christmas meal while taking in breathtaking views of the Colorado River at Laughlin’s only gourmet Italian restaurant, for only $31.99 per person with ace | PLAY card, or $35.54 per person without.
Dinner begins with a warm Butternut Ravioli appetizer served in a delicious walnut cream sauce. Guests can then choose a fresh Mixed Field Greens Salad tossed with Asiago Dressing or a cup of steaming hot Minestrone Soup. The special Christmas meal includes a choice of entrée: Traditional Turkey or a Rosemary Garlic Roasted Pork Chop. For dessert, guest may choose Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Cheesecake or Pumpkin Pie.

Café Aquarius – Celebrate the holiday with a traditional meal of either Roast Tom Turkey or Honey Baked Ham for only $12.95 per person with an ace | PLAY card, or $14.39 per person without. Every entrée is served with generous portions of traditional side dishes and desserts.
Served 11am to 9pm.
Windows on the River Buffet – The special Christmas menu at Windows on the River Buffet features several carving and sauté stations, with our friendly staff making sure your choice is served or sliced just the way you want it. The Christmas Buffet is $15.99 per person with an ace | PLAY red, green or orange card; $19.19 per person with an ace | PLAY blue card; or $21.32 per person without an ace | PLAY card.
The carving stations will feature Prime Rib of Beef with Au Jus, Crusted Pork Loin and Sliced ham with bourbon fruit sauce. Cheese Crepes Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee will be serve at the sauté stations, and the Christmas Buffet will feature a special Flambé Dessert Station guaranteed to wow and delight guests of any age.
Other hot items include traditional Roast Turkey with Giblet Gravy, Blackened Salmon with roasted pepper aioli, Steak with sun dried tomato béarnaise, Toasted Pine Nut Stuffing, Candied Yams and Mashed Potatoes. The salad and dessert bar will feature extra items such as Waldorf salad, fresh cranberry salad and Black Forest Cake.
