LAUGHLIN, NV – Aquarius Casino Resort will debut its new Sunday Champagne Brunch on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Windows on the River Buffet, featuring deluxe items such as hand carved prime rib, lamb, hot and cold crab legs, escargot, caviar, smoked salmon, sushi, and jumbo shrimp cocktail, plus breakfast favorites, fresh desserts and flutes of bubbly champagne.
The all new Sunday Champagne Brunch will be available every Sunday, starting April 5, 2015 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Windows on the River Buffet.

The all new Sunday Champagne Brunch at Windows on the River Buffet includes prime rib, lamb, hot crab legs, chicken wings, Malibu chicken with asparagus, blackened salmon, seafood Newburg, escargot, seafood fritter, cold crab legs, smoked salmon and caviar.
Breakfast favorites include stratta, pancakes, Florentine eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, omelets made to order, cheese and fruit crêpes, blintzes, and waffles. For dessert, strawberry cream cheese strudel, crunch berry parfaits, and assorted berry cheesecake.

The Vineyard Ristorante
The Vineyard Ristorante is serving up an incredible Easter dinner to celebrate the holiday.
Start with an appetizer of bacon wrapped shrimp with chipotle remoulade, followed by choice of sciusceddu soup (meatballs and egg), or mixed field greens salad tossed with Asiago dressing. Guests have choice of entrée: pan seared bronzed sablefish with herb crust mushroom risotto, and seasoned vegetables; or roasted rosemary garlic lamb with candied garlic and herb, twice baked polenta with seasoned vegetables.
Enjoy wild berry Grand Marnier torte for dessert, and finish this luxurious meal with a deliciously fresh chocolate dipped strawberry.
